Silverlake Bail Bonds has been serving the community since 1984. We post bail bonds in city, county, state, federal courts and immigration bonds.

County Bail Bonds:

These bonds are posted daily and most collateral is accepted. We post bonds in the following counties: Cochise, Pima, Pinal and Santa Cruz. Collateral accepted for bonds are:  houses, land, mobile homes, vehicles jewelry, cash, credit cards. Fees*: 10% of bond amount, plus collateral for at least the amount of the bond. All counties outside Pima are subject to travel fees**.

Immigration Bonds:
Immigration bonds may take from four to ten business days before the court renders a decision as to whether or not it will grant bail. Families are very much involved in the court’s determination of granting an immigration bond since the court desires the maximum assurance that a detainee will appear as directed. Fees*: 15% of bond amount, plus collateral in the amount of the bond.

Immigration bonds are posted during normal business hours and the detainee is released several hours later. Immigration does not process bonds on weekends or federal holidays, nor are there any releases during these periods, but our office is ready to help. You can come into our office to fill out paperwork  in order to speed up the process. We will prepare the paperwork and have it ready when the immigration office opens for business. Collateral for immigration bonds is limited to: real estate, land, cash and credit cards. We can discuss the details of your collateral further by phone or in person. Just give us a call. Federal Bail Bonds:
These bonds are normally posted in very formal court surroundings. There is a court hearing for the posting of the bond and the bond is posted during the court’s normal hours of operations; none are posted during legal holidays. Most collateral is accepted.  Fees*: 15% of bond amount, plus collateral in the amount of the bond.

Choosing Your Bail Bond Agent:
Choosing your bail bond agent is important from beginning to end. You will be offering valuable collateral in consideration for a bond, and this must be returned to you at the final disposition of your case and upon verification by the agency that the case has been fully adjudicated.
