County Bail Bonds:

These bonds are posted 24/7 and most collateral is accepted. We post bonds in the following counties: Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai and Yuma. Collateral accepted for bonds are:  houses, land, mobile homes, vehicles jewelry, cash, credit cards. There are cases where GPS ankle bracelets are available if collateral is short.  Fees*: 10% of bond amount, plus collateral in the amount of the bond. All counties outside Pima are subject to travel fees**.

Immigration Bonds:
Iimmigration bonds may take from four to ten business days before the court renders a decision as to whether or not it will grant bail. Families are very much involved in the court’s determination of granting an immigration bond since the court desires the maximum assurance that a detainee will appear as directed. Fees*: 15% of bond amount, plus collateral in the amount of the bond.

Immigration bonds are posted during normal business hours and the detainee is released several hours later. Immigration does not process bonds on weekends or federal holidays, nor are there any releases during these periods, but our office is ready to help 24/7 in order to speed up the process. We will prepare the paperwork and have it ready when the immigration office opens for business. Collateral for immigration bonds is limited to: real estate, land, cash and credit cards. Federal Bail Bonds:
These bonds are normally posted in very formal court surroundings. There is a court hearing for the posting of the bond and the bond is posted during the court’s normal hours of operations; none are posted during legal holidays. Most collateral is accepted. There are cases where GPS ankle bracelets are available if collateral is short. Fees*: 15% of bond amount, plus collateral in the amount of the bond.

Ankle bracelet/monitor:

In cases where you do not have sufficient collateral there is an option for an ankle monitor, we partner with GPS Monitoring. GPS Monitoring does charge $11 a day and require the first month up front with an installation fee of $150.* Call us at (520) 882-0362 for more information!

Choosing Your Bail Bond Agent:
Choosing your bail bond agent is important from beginning to end. You will be offering valuable collateral in consideration for a bond, and this must be returned to you at the final disposition of your case and upon verification by the agency that the case has been fully adjudicated.
