Dear Clients and Friends:
We, at D and D Accounting Services, have been preparing income taxes for more than 36 years to assist our clients to file electronically, or as in some isolated instances, to paper file.
We are also involved in helping taxpayers to review and amend their tax returns, for current and prior years. There are many unintentionally mistakes as misapplied credits when they claim dependents that are not entitled to, or do not claim them at all and , like this, size-able education and earned income credits are lost, even more deductions and credit are lost when their children claim themselves in their own return. Taxpayers also omit taxable income or benefits that could become taxable under certain circumstances, in summary, there are many reasons for an amendment.
We can amend the immediate prior three years income tax reports, and within two years counting from the date the taxes were fully paid; we can assist in the preparations of offers in compromise and in the preparation of monthly installments.
RECOMMENDATION: Never ignore an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or an Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) or a city letter, even if you believe that you do not owe any money. It could result in garnishments or levies. Bring all your letters to us. We can assist in responding to those letters.
Again, we thank you for your patronage and you can visit us Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM through 5:00 PM during income tax season.
After April 15th, we revert to regular office hours: Monday through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon, however, we can accommodate a later appointment if request. We close all Federal holidays and on Good Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and reopen the following Saturday.
“The building’s name Old Pueblo Station Building, initially as a service station located in one of the main entrances of Tucson, which connected to Interstate 80, 82, 84 and 89. City plots early 1874 shows that the name of the street was 8th Avenue versus Stone Ave. It was built early 30s. It was closed in 198l as service station. The art deco was to set it apart from other business in the area. It now houses an accounting-income tax- paralegal services and an insurance agency. Quite an interesting and functional building.”
